Amid the flurry of paper-writing, reading, and cohort collaboration in these grad school days, I found myself lost today in the tornadic pull of academic responsibility. All of my creative energy (and non-creative energy, any energy at all is being gathered and sucked into the vortex) is being directed at harnessing technological difficulties inherent in assignment completions.
I constructed bits of a great poem in the car over the weekend, driving through Nebraska and Kansas, and my scribbles call out for alignment and a sense of cohesive meaning.
This is all I can give today… maybe I can eke something out tomorrow?
